Interfacial phenomena play a very important role in bioscience and technology. Starting from the biosurfactants and biomembranes, a large number of industrial applications involve manufacture of food, beverage and drugs. To encourage research in this area, a special issue of IJBST is proposed entitled “Colloidal and Interfacial Phenomena in Biosystems”.
The contributions can be in the form of (i) regular research articles (ii) research notes and (iii) review articles.All manuscripts must conform to the guidelines of IJBST, which can be downloaded from the website of the journal.
The manuscripts should be sent to the Editor via E-mail to the address: editor@ijbst.org, clearly mentioning that the paper is submitted for this special issue.
